A Message to Our Competitors:
Why weren’t you providing all of these for your dealer clients in the first place? And to our prospective clients reading this: Don’t worry, we’ll tell you the answer when you call us.

We were asked why we would list our dealer-centric reinsurance Bill of Rights on our website. Our competitors can view this and maybe change their platform, right?

Our response is simple. We believe in transparency. When you work with Dealer Advantage Group, you don’t get just a few parts, you get them ALL.
Here you go… our reinsurance Bill of Rights:
  1. We will reinsure every product you sell. The only exception may be extreme high mileage VSCs. Otherwise, we will also reinsurance ancillary programs REGARDLESS OF VOLUME. This includes: 
  2. ⁃ Gap
    ⁃ Tire/Wheel coverage
    ⁃ Bundled products
    ⁃ Key coverage
    ⁃ Theft products
    ⁃ Dent/ding coverage
    ⁃ Windshield coverage
    ⁃ Paint/interior protection
    ⁃ Pre-paid maintenance
    ⁃ Limited Warranties
    ⁃ Lifetime Warranties
    ⁃ Any “why buy here” programs you design
    ⁃ CPO programs
    ⁃ Custom products including private label
  3. You will know every fee, to the penny, before we get started. And, both parties and the administrator will sign a term sheet with these figures.
  4. You will be able to choose your own bank and financial planner. Not us.
  5. We will sweep all surplus out of co-trustee accounts into single trustee accounts on a quarterly basis. This eliminates the investment policy guidelines, so you can earn more investment income.
  6. You will be able to take loans from earned AND unearned premiums.
  7. We will segregate every product from the other. We will never co-mingle them.
  8. You will have the ability to lower and raise your reserves for each product.
  9. You can override any declined claim. No questions asked. You can control the customer experience, not a third party.
  10. We eliminate 100% of the risk. You cannot lose money.
