Kim Baker - Dealer Strong Consultant
With over 25 years in the automotive industry, Kim Baker has led dealership operations ranging from independent stores to multi-rooftop groups representing brands like Chevrolet, Buick, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Mitsubishi.

​As General Manager of an independent dealership, Kim grew the store from 50 to over 300 units per month, expanded into a Mitsubishi franchise, and built a culture recognized nationally. Under his leadership, the dealership earned Inc. Magazine’s 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies, was named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana, and ranked among the Top 10 dealerships in the state multiple years.
