When you trust a company and its people to review your business, your reputation, your livelihood...there is no greater responsibility for us. Therefore, here's what we commit to you:
- We will treat your business as if it's our own.
- Before we make any recommendations, we will have multiple DAG personnel in your dealership, all subject matter experts within their own specialty, observing your business and taking notes.
- Once this has been completed, they will meet with our owner and he will challenge us all to insure that what we would recommend to you is executable, sustainable, and will have a high likelihood of success.
- Our owner will then meet with you in a formal setting to review our proposed recommendations.
- You will sign-off on these changes and we will then assign our personnel to the tasks at hand and formally schedule these changes with your employees.
- When we kick-off these changes, we will expect you to be in the meeting with us to get complete buy-in.
- We will execute each of these tasks and eventually report back to you they have been accomplished so you can confirm with your staff that changes have been implemented.
- We will have assigned follow-up dates to make sure these changes have become culture.
- We will provide software for any data that we need to track and manage these changes.
- If there is turnover within your organization, we will re-train these new employees to help sustain what we've built together.
