Monte Sommers - VP of Training and Development
Monte Sommers
VP of Training and Development
Monte has over 25 years of F&I dealership experience. He’s a seasoned F&I manager with a solid knowledge of the auto industry. He has maintained a verifiable average PRU of over 3,000 and adheres to DAG's strict legal, ethical, and profitable advising methods. Monte is committed to training your people and implementing effective processes from the porter, to the managers, and everyone in between. F&I is a team sport and he believes in working closely with management to develop and implement sustainable strategies to achieve the company’s long-term objectives, including customized game plans based on the dealership's goals.

His training methods include working with sales managers on deal structure and penciling, observing F&I managers during deliveries, and conducting personal training for the sales staff related to deal presentation and product endorsement. He also has a deep understanding of subprime financing and can help create or grow a subprime department.

Jon Oder - VP of Sales
Jon Oder
VP of Sales

Jon has worked in the automotive industry for over 25 years. He spent the first eight years on the retail side and has since worked in banking and lending. Most recently, Jon served as a VP for Wells Fargo Auto in Indiana, as well as having a long career with Credit Acceptance Corporation prior to that. Jon brings a wealth of experience in prime and subprime lending and is also very knowledgeable in dealership operations. He welcomes the opportunity to provide valuable insights to your business.

Jon is tasked with leading the national sales team as VP of Sales. He loves spending valuable time with dealerships and their personnel, acting as a trusted advisor.

Selena Anderson is the Operations Manager at Dealer Advantage Group, where she oversees the company's financial operations and marketing initiatives. As a recent graduate of the Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor's in Business Marketing, Selena brings fresh insights and a strong commitment to excellence. In this role, she also assists in coordinating trainings to help enhance the skills of our dealers partners and ensure top-tier service for clients. Selena is excited to contribute to the growth and success of Dealer Advantage Group.

Chase has over eight years of experience in the automotive retail industry, beginning as a product specialist and progressing to the role of General Sales Manager. He has extensive experience working with franchise dealerships, representing renowned brands such as Ford and Cadillac. The majority of Chase's career has been in leadership roles, including F&I Manager, Sales Manager, and General Sales Manager, where he has demonstrated a strong commitment to training and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. 

​Additionally, Chase brings six years of military leadership experience, having proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He is passionate about optimizing dealership processes to drive profitability and achieve predictable results.

​With a career in the automotive industry that began in 1987, Bill Binder brings nearly four decades of leadership, strategic insight, and relationship-building expertise to his role at Dealer Advantage Group.

From starting and scaling special finance departments to leading national sales efforts with top dealer groups, Bill has consistently delivered results and built high-performing teams. His time at Credit Acceptance saw him grow into a nationally recognized sales leader, building strong partnerships with top 150 dealer groups and driving adoption of value-added products.

At Dealer Advantage Group, Bill leverages his deep industry knowledge and passion for dealer success to drive growth and innovation. His career is defined by a hands-on approach, whether it’s training teams, crafting strategy, or leading by example.

Founded in 2011, iTapMenu is the preferred iPad and desktop menu presentation tool for several hundred franchise and independent automotive and powersport dealers in the U.S. and Canada. iTapMenu offers an exclusive feature called "FandEye," which is the first fully-integrated version of FaceTime to be integrated into F&I Menu software.  This solves the Remote Delivery dilemma.

iTapMenu integrates with 10+ DMS providers and also offers DMS-integrated reporting.

Dominick Volpe - VP
Dominick Volpe
​Dominick has been in the auto industry in one capacity or another for well over 20 years. He began his auto career working in sales at a high-end pre-owned store in St. Louis before transitioning to a Honda store. He eventually moved to the East Coast and continued his sales career at a local Honda store.

He soon moved into the finance office where he found his comfort zone and worked there for a few years before he was recruited as a Finance Director at a prestigious Mercedes-Benz dealership. He continued there for a number of years until he was recruited by iTapMenu.
