Monte Sommers
VP of Training and Development
Monte has over 25 years of F&I dealership experience. He’s a seasoned F&I manager with a solid knowledge of the auto industry. He has maintained a verifiable average PRU of over 3,000 and adheres to DAG's strict legal, ethical, and profitable advising methods. Monte is committed to training your people, and his success has been a direct result of the processes he has put in place for everyone in the dealership — from the porter, to the managers, and everyone in between — to build true team success. F&I is a team sport and Monte believes in working closely with management to develop and implement sustainable strategies to achieve the company’s long-term objectives, customizing game plans based on the dealership's goals.

His training methods include working with sales managers on deal structure and penciling, observing F&I managers during deliveries, and conducting personal training for the sales staff related to deal presentation and product endorsement. He also has a deep understanding of subprime financing and can help create or grow a subprime department.
