Dealership Training
LMS-based portal training and testing (Sandler-based) for:
- Salespeople
- Sales Managers (leadership training)
- F&I Managers
This will be available at no charge to your entire staff. The LMS (Learning Management System) will include many training lessons based Sandler principles. There are videos, documents to follow, and testing built into the platform.
We require that all Sales Managers also enroll in the Salesperson training as well.

Other Training
1. We will work with your staff in-store. This includes actual deliveries for your staff to watch and take notes, penciling deals, etc.
2. If you would like us to facilitate training for your personnel only in our training facility, we will provide that as well, within reason.
3. F&I Menu and Reporting software training at no charge.
