You've been in F&I for a while. You like the job, the income, and (most) of the customers. And most of what you do, your processes, your words, you've learned on your own.

Nevertheless, you've generated some pretty good numbers. But, you've thought to yourself that perhaps there's more. Perhaps you could do better. But how?

Dealer Advantage Group is a team of professional trainers and coaches. We've worked with literally hundreds of dealerships over the past 15 years. We are also Sandler-certified trainers (look it up). Which means we can blend what we know from our experience, what we learned from our dealer clients, and blend it with Sandler, which is the psychology of selling. And then curate it into a two-day class for experienced F&I Managers that are truly looking to up their game, the right way.

What you'll learn:
​The psychology of the buyer through the eyes of Sandler, and how that will influence everything you do and say.

  • Our version of the pre-delivery interview:
  • Introducing the menu...this is an art form
  • Presenting the menu...you've never, ever seen it presented this way before
  • Objection handling...we make it so easy that you'll be able to master this the day you learn it
  • WIFM (What's In it For Me) goal-setting...we need to know where you want to go with your life, and this will help us coach and mentor you to accomplish whatever these goals are

Are you ready to push Yourself?
Will you go to this class and then exceed $3000 PRU, like our VP of Training Monte Sommers did during his retail time? We don't know. Are you going to listen, practice, and make the necessary work and life changes to accomplish your WIFMs? If so, you'll accomplish whatever goal you want. We truly believe that.

Oh, and one more thing. We will be role-playing EVERYTHING. We will record it, and play it back to the group. You need critiqued. You need to see exactly what the customer sees. THIS WILL MAKE YOU BETTER. So yes, it's a little painful. But...do you want to accomplish your WIFMs...or not?

VP of Training and Development
Monte has over 25 years of F&I dealership experience. He’s a seasoned F&I manager with a solid knowledge of the auto industry. He has maintained a verifiable average PRU of over 3,000 and adheres to DAG's strict legal, ethical, and profitable advising methods. Monte is committed to training your people, and his success has been a direct result of the processes he has put in place for everyone in the dealership—from the porter, to the managers, and everyone in between—to build true team success. F&I is a team sport and he believes in working closely with management to develop and implement sustainable strategies to achieve the company’s long-term objectives, customizing game plans based on the dealership's goals.

His training methods include working with sales managers on deal structure and penciling, observing F&I managers during deliveries, and conducting personal training for the sales staff related to deal presentation and product endorsement. He also has a deep understanding of subprime financing and can help create or grow a subprime department.
